Coklat Homemade






Antara hasil coklat buatan tangan ku...emm....yummy yummy...sedap sesangat....halal n toiyibban lagi..

Cinderella Cake n Red Velvet Cake




Yang atas, cake yang saya telah buat...bole le kalau nak menempah...nanti saya bagi harga...ek...hadiahkan pada Emma sempena besday die..

Yang di bawah nih kek red velvet tuh...memang sedapppp sangat2 kek nih....jom le cube...resipi kat bawah:
Red Velvet Cake: versi suealeen (dr resipi asal web joy of baking)

2 1/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (15 grams) regular or Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cream Cheese Frosting:

1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) tub of Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (115 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted
1 1/2 (360 ml) cups heavy whipping cream

Red Velvet Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Butter two - 9 inch (23 cm) round cake pans and line the bottoms of the pans with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl sift together the flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.

In bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until soft (about 1-2 minutes). Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.

In a measuring cup whisk the buttermilk with the red food coloring. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.

In a small cup combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly fold into the cake batter.

Working quickly, divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans and smooth the tops with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean. Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Place a wire rack on top of the cake pan and invert, lifting off the pan. Once the cakes have completely cooled, wrap in plastic and place the cake layers in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or overnight). (This is done to make filling and frosting the cakes easier.)

Cream Cheese Frosting: In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to spread. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency.

Assemble: With a serrated knife, cut each cake layer in half, horizontally. You will now have four cake layers. Place one of the cake layers, top of the cake facing down, onto your serving platter. Spread the cake layer with a layer of frosting. Place another layer of cake on top of the frosting and continue to frost and stack the cake layers. Frost the top and sides of the cake. Can garnish the cake with sweetened or unsweetened coconut.

Serves 10 - 12 people.

Apam dot dot


Buat apam nih untuk makan2 petang nih..anak2 sukeeeee sangat...ade lebih lagi filling stoberi, oren n bluberi..so buat le apam yang glamer nih....jom...ni resipi yang saya buat

1 1/4 cup tepung gandum
2 bj telur
1 st ovalette
1 st baking powder
1 st esen vanila

Filling: ikut suke lah ye...coklat, kelapa, oren, stoberi, blueberi ke...

Mixer semua bahan n stim pada api sederhana. 10 min..tara siap..

Oreo cheese cake


Sesapa nak cube silakan..yek..resipi nih ambik dr umah kak zai, dan di alter sikit2 ikut tekak kite...peberet azim n mr suami..heheheh...dah buat banyak kali..ni resipinye:

Base:

Biskut oreo tanpa filling secukupnye dlm 30 keping dihancurkan

1/4 bar butter cairkan..

Satukan dalam loyang n padat2kan. Bakar kjp dlm 5 minit.

Bahan Cheese

2 bar keju

1 cawan whipping cream

2 bj telur

1/2 cup gula kastor

Inti biskut oreo (yg dihancurkan kat base)

Sedikit biskut oreo hancur

sedikit esen vanila

sedikit lemon juice

Cara:

1) Pukul keju n gula n inti oreo.

2) Masuk telur masuk whipping cream, esen vanila. Pkl lagi. masuk dlm loyang base tadi.

3) Bakar hingga masak secara water bath. suhu ikut le oven masing2 dalam 170 C.

Kek Puding karamel




Ni die kek yang resipi asal dr yani myr..sedap sgt...resipi disini:

Kek Puding Karamel
Bahan-bahan ( 20cm )
• Karamel
• 60g gula
• 1 sudu besar air
• 2 sudu besar air
• Puding
• 4 biji telur
• 500ml susu segar
• 70g gula
• sedikit esen vanila
• Kek span
• 70g tepung gandum
• 60g gula halus
• 2 biji telur
• 20g mentega- dicairkan
Cara-cara
Sapukan loyang dengan butter lembut. Panaskan oven ke 170 degree. Cairkan mentega dan ketepikan.
Sediakan karamel Campurkan gula dengan 1 sudu air. Panaskan sehingga jadi warna perang. Kemudian tambah 2 sudu besar air lagi. Tutup api. Tuangkan semasa masih panas-panas ke dalam loyang.
Sediakan puding. Panaskan susu dan gula sehingga gula hancur dan padamkan api.
Masukkan telur dan esen vanila ke dalam mangkuk. Pukul sedikit. Kemudian tuangkan susu panas tadi perlahan-lahan ke dalam mangkuk sambil dikacau. Kacau dengan perlahan-lahan supaya tak berbuih.
Tapiskan ke dalam loyang karamel tadi.
Sediakan kek span. Asingkan putih dan kuning telur. Pukul telur putih dengan separuh gula sehingga kembang.
Pukul pula telur kuning dengan separuh gula lagi sehingga jadi bentuk krim.
Campurkan kedua-dua adunan telur tadi. Pukul dengan perlahan-lahan sehingga sebati.
Ayak tepung. Kacau dengan spatula dengan kaedah kaup balik.
Akhir sekali masukkan butter yang telah dicairkan. Kacau sehingga sebati. Bakar selama 40 minit atau sehingga masak (Bain marie). Sejukkan dulu sebelum keluarkan puding/kek dari loyang.

Anniversary ke 13


Hari ini 2 Mei 2011 genap 13 tahun usia perkahwinan kami. Syukur alhamdulillah. Moga bertambah bahagia hingga ke akhir hayat. Hari hujan lak ingat nak makan2 kat luar..
